The *possible* code pointers are

filter/source/config/fragments/types/writer_MS_Word_95_Vorlage.xcu
filter/source/config/fragments/types/writer_MS_Word_97_Vorlage.xcu

Still I don't know if we must change it. Although "application/msword-template"
is used in shared-mime-info [1], it's not a proper IANA-registered media type
[2].
