Description:
UI: Remove "Save" as context menu item for images



Steps to Reproduce:
1. open attachment 168043
2. Right click the image

Actual Results:
Save shows up

Expected Results:
Expected suggests 'obviously' wrong; so clear cut case. And no this is heavily
debatable topic. From 'coherence' between applications without the suite this
'proper'. And there are definitive people who desire this. 

However it does clutter the context menu and kind of doubt how regular this
being used inside Writer. So if this need to have a prominent spot in the
context menu.

Alternative is edit with external tool, similar kind of menu item.

However there is likely at a group of 10-25% who might use this daily.. But
this my 'estimation' wild guessing.. so in essence worth squad.. Telemetry ....

BTW does LibreOffice Online offer Telemetry? Still see it as ideal source
(probably not a panacea)
