--- Comment #1 from NISZ LibreOffice Team <libreoffice at nisz.hu> ---
Google Translate:

"My name is Jair Ribeiro Junior, I am a Master's student in Physics at the
Federal University of Ponta Grossa and, together with my advisor Prof. Dr.
Paulo Cesar Facin, we are developing a simulation for use in Physics classes
using a spreadsheet using the rotation button tool and line graphs. But we
cannot do this with Calc, as it is not possible to edit the graph line to
insert arrows at the ends. This feature exists in Microsoft Excel, as an
attached file. It would be very important to insert this tool in Libre Office
Calc, as it is an unprecedented and unprecedented work that we are developing,
as it will be used in public schools throughout Brazil.
We look forward to the inclusion of this tool, to edit the line of the Calc
chart."

This is basically bug #95038 which requests the same arrows to data series
feature - but we can keep this for the OOXML interop part.
