            Bug ID: 138877
Summary: Should LibreOffice be giving a warning when a document
is opened, but the template from which it was created
                    is deleted?
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ Master
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: sdc.blanco at youmail.dk

In https://help.libreoffice.org/7.2/en-US/text/shared/01/01020000.html, it is
written:

"If a document was created using a template that cannot be found a dialog is
shown that asks you how to proceed next time the document is opened.

To break the link between the document and the missing template, click No,
otherwise LibreOffice will look for the template the next time you open the
document."

This does not seem to be the actual behavior in 7.2

Tested as follows:

1. Make a template.

2. Open document based on that template, save, and close.

3. Delete template.

4. Open document again.
(also, after restarting application)

Result: No dialog boxes asking what to do.

Question: Bug? or should these two paragraphs be removed from the help page?

Tested with:

Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) (13. dec 2020)
Build ID: 368c56144aab5794c39d5bc2082d9b3d6d7cebdb
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (en_DK); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
