UI: Make it possible to drag the crop area (draw/impress)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Crop.. 
3. Look at the screencast as alternative

Actual Results:
Crop is OK, but can be improved, IMHO

Expected Results:
See screencast
