Description:
The form menu is missing a lots of items (checkbox, dropdown, etc.), even if
they are supposed to appear as configured in the menu config GUI.
Reseting the UserProfile do fix the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the forms menu

Actual Results:
The form menu only have these items :
Mode conception
Propriété du contrôle
Contrôles de contenu (submenu)
Anciens champs de formulaire (submenu)
Contrôles ActiveX (submenu)


Expected Results:
The form menu should contains more item as configured in the menu config GUI.



Reproducible: Sometimes


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
- The reset button on the menu GUI does not fix the issue
- Creating a new menu do show a new menu after restarting libreoffice
- Resetting useprofile fix the issue
