Hello
I went to upgrade and reinstall the latest stable version of Libre Office on my
Windows 10 laptop. It seemed to install ok but when started came up with a
fatal error report and sent me off to a bug report at:

crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/crash_details/f9408237-dc17-4e84-a778-f33e8d59e3e4

I have tried installing and reinstalling both this and 7.0.4 and both version
come up with this same error and refuse to run without fatal errors.
