Description:
UI: Disable insert page break for footnote paragraph style?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sidebar -> Paragraph style -> Right click footnote style -> Modify
2. Text flow tab -> The page break style is active.. 

Actual Results:
The page break setting can be set

Expected Results:
Maybe not as this isn't allow for footnotes. Yes all styles can be applied to
footnotes.. so still not perfect


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
