Description:
When adding rows to the main data table, the pivots table will not refresh. 
Even when pivot table/refresh is selected, no refresh is done.  I have reset my
profile and it did not correct the problem

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create pivot table
2. Add rows to main data table
3. Select Data/pivot table/refresh

Actual Results:
The new rows added to the main data table are not updated or added to the pivot
tables associated with the main data table

Expected Results:
New rows would be added to the pivot table.s


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
The pivot tables have updated in the past, usually only one time before refresh
fails to work.
