Description:
On PC1 a file on local network is available and writeable. File was originally
sourced from PC1
On PC2 the file is only available as read only
Using a file manager, it is transferable and can be opened as writeable.
Once this processed is reversed, i.e. amended file put back onto local network,
it is available and writeable on PC1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Save file to local network from v6.0.7.3
2.try to access file on local network from v7.0.2.2
3.

Actual Results:
v7.0.2.2 unable to access as writeable the file on local network.

Expected Results:
file should be opened as writeable


Reproducible: Always
