Description:
The drag and drop position indicator and the actual 'drop' mismatched in table

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Double click partiele
3. Drag it in front of the existing text -> with mouse cursor passing the
border with few milimeter

Actual Results:
Indicator still at begin of the line, but drops in cell A1

Expected Results:
Or the indicator should move to A1 or position defined by indicator not by
mouse arrow


Reproducible: Always
