Used a new user profile (so Skia enabled) and still can not reproduce using
exactly these steps.

Version: 7.0.4.2 (x64)
Build ID: dcf040e67528d9187c66b2379df5ea4407429775
CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: zh-CN (zh_CN); 界面: zh-CN
Calc: threaded

Not sure what else could be the difference (locale?), but I'm afraid I can't be
of much help here.

Also my reading of John's description in comment #6 is that reproduction of
this bug doesn't seem deterministic, which further complicates things.
