Another file that can reproduce the issue

Seems to have something to do with pages filled with forms.
Also a weird white line appeared across the screen.
Sensitive information has been hidden out with black lines.
Interestingly, I tried deleting the data I filled in the forms and after
saving, reoponening the file showed the information I erased (which is why I
had to hide it).

I'll attach the original file giving problems.
