Description:
UI: Replace table column distribution checkboxes with radio buttons 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Table -> Properties -> Columns tab


Actual Results:
There are currently 3 modes:
1. Default (automatically distributing based on table width and specified size)
2. Adapt table width
3. Adjust columns proportionally (which disabled table width)

Expected Results:
The current choice for checkboxes kind of 'odd' based on how those behave.. It
appears to me radio buttons being the appropriate choice
