There are a few instances of where this has caused crashing bugs in Windows
versions of LO.

Unfortunately, whilst there are probably a fair number of Windows Base users
out there, there aren't many that do testing / QA / bug reporting. I'm afraid I
can't help you there, as I'm on Mac, but the Skia/Vulkan thing might be one
direction to try.
