Bug ID: 139140
Summary: KDE: Notebookbar Styles Preview doesn't show correct
font colour for paragraph styles that are automatic
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ Master
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: vanoudt at gmail.com
Description:
Using the Tabbed notebookbar, I like the way the Styles Preview panel is
starting to look. (Different bug, I know, but I'd love to see context menu's
there to change the styles from the toolbar).
The problem is that, under KDE at least, the style preview font colour only
works if it is explicitly set. Any paragraph styles with automatic font colour
is rendered as white text on a white background.
A workaround is to set a style's font colour to something manually.
Perhaps related to bug #98253, where a similar problem occured in the sidebar.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a writer document using the KF5 VCL
2. Switch to the Tabbed NoteBookBar, and into the Home tab
3. Notice in the styles preview pane that only fonts without automatic font
colours are shown.
Actual Results:
Styles with the font colour set to automatic don't render properly.
Expected Results:
Automatic font colour should render appropriately. :-)
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
