Description:
UI: Drag shape handle shown inside text area when in edit mode of textbox

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a textbox
3. Type something into it
4. Exit textbox
5. hoover over it.. drag handle shown (OK)
6. Double click text box -> Inside textbox
7. Notice the drag handle still present

Reasoning.. sloppy selecting means dragging the textbox.. you must precisely
select the area with text to select text

Actual Results:
Even in edit mode the text area shows drag handle as long no text/ paragraphs
being present

Expected Results:
Not so


Reproducible: Always
