LibO 7.1.0.1 (7.1 RC1) cannot install any language pack - the workaround
introduced in LibO 7.0 seems to be MISSING in 7.1

Tested on macOS 11.1 (big sur) with LibO 7.1.0.1 on a MacBook Pro 15" 2018.
