Description:
Insert a picture into a document, then insert caption to the picture, then save
the document as MS docx format.  Open the docx with MS Word or other compatible
Word processing app, the app just lists responding. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a picture into a document. 
2. Insert caption to the picture, then the picture and the caption are both put
into one frame. 
3. Save the document as MS docx format. 
4. Double click the docx, Windows will open it with default app, for example MS
Word. 
5. The MS Word will lost responding. 

Actual Results:
The MS Word or other word processing app just lost responding. 

Expected Results:
The saved docx should be opened by MS Word normally.

Additional Info:
A document with captioned picture cannot opened by other Word processing app. 
It happened in LibreOffice Writer 7.1 RC1, but it happened in other edition
before, either.
