Attachment contains spreadsheet and examples when rows expanded or collapsed

Grouped rows in a spreadsheet are not shown in a chart if that group is
collapsed. This behavior was seen in versions 6.4.7 and 7.0.4. I don't know if
it was seen in  earlier versions.
