I can confirm the bug with the attached file. When copying data and chart to a
new sheet, the normal behavior is to adapt the range of the chart data source
to point toward the new sheet, but this did not happen here. So the chart in
the new sheet still points toward the data in the old sheet.

I was able to reproduce it by playing around but I am not sure what triggers
the different behavior. However, I don't see how saving and reopening the file
changed something on your side, as the range was saved using the old sheet,
this should stay the same.

The snide comment about LibreOffice quality is quite unnecessary, it will not
motivate developers further.
