Description:
Attempting to activate any basic function in a new embedded Firebird ODB file
with
Version: 7.0.4.2
Build ID: 86854cc6f33e285facadff0644b2db752e193d8c
CPU threads: 8; OS: Mac OS X 10.16; UI render: default; VCL: osx
Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Langue IHM : fr-FR
Calc: threaded
gives the following error message:
Impossible d'établir la connexion à la source de données « TestEMP ».
firebird_sdbc error:
*lock manager error
caused by
'isc_create_database'
The file is created, can be saved, and can also be reloaded, but clicking on
any of the basic icons on the left hand side of the main Base window brings up
the same error.
The ODB file was saved to the Downloads folder.
Steps to Reproduce:
See above.
Actual Results:
An error message is displayed, and none of the basic main Base functionality is
available to add tables, define queries, etc
Expected Results:
The database wizard should allow the user to access the main basic functions of
the Base window interface without throwing an error.
Reproducible: Always
