The files referenced by HKCR\CLSID\{7BC0E713-5703-45BE-A29D-5D46D8B39262} refer
to C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program\shlxthdl\ooofilt.dll on my home
installation.

Hmmm, if that was the case (read: a gpo installation did not enable
opendocument indexing by default) then I'd expect that in Windows search
settings, odt files would not be associated with od? files. On my problematic
setup they are though. I don't know if there is something else that should be
enabled on a GPO-install as well.

Oliver, what's your exact Windows configuration (7/8/10 32-64bit and build
number) and your LibO version (version plus whether it's 32/64bit)?
