Windows indexing properties

Not sure if this is related, but the indexing options show a GUID (probably of
the user).

I've attached an image depicting this. The active directory domain user is
named "m......." (see the bottom of the screenshot, the entire user folder is
included).

On top of the picture there is a GUID. I suppose this is the GUID of the same
user (not an expert). Should the GUID be depicted like that?

FYI, I'm *not* using roaming profiles.
