Description:
Explanation writes: "Enter the rotation angle for the text in the selected
cell(s). A positive number rotates the text to the left and a negative number
rotates the text to the right"

The fact is NO negative numbers are available. It is supposed to enter numbers
from 0 to 359.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Help system to LO CalC 
2. **/helpcontent2/source/text/shared/01.po, row 3468 
3.

Actual Results:
No negative numbers available. 

Expected Results:
It needs someone to write correct text.
