1.  The request here is just for the "Paragraph Styles" dialog:

2. I recognize that modifying the "reset" button can have effects beyond
"Paragraph style".

3. One patch (for LOK) seems to believe that "Cancel" can be used instead of
"Reset" -- but this is true only if "Apply" has not been used.
