Bug ID: 130466
Summary: UI - Selected menu tabs are all Black on MacOS w/ high
contrast menus 'On'
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.4.0.3 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Mac OS X (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: UI
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: rpvnwnkl at gmail.com
Description:
Under the Accessibility options in MacOS 10.15.2 I have 'Increase Contrast'
turned on. While running LibreOffice 6.3.0.4, the menu item tabs in dialog
windows are now all-black when selected, making them unreadable.
The highlighting - even when increase contrast is off - is not helpful, as it
seems to reduce contrast between the text and the background.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on 'increase contrast' in macOS Accessibility panel
2. Open Writer
3. Open any dialog window with tabs (export, paragraph, etc)
Actual Results:
The selected Tab is all-black, hiding the text title of the tab.
Expected Results:
The selected tab should be visually distinct from non-selected tabs, and the
title of the tab should be the most readable of all the tabs.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
