@Seth,
WFM when I check the 'Including Styles' from the F&R dialog.
And looking at a document saved to Flat ODF that looks correct.
Direct Formatting (DF) gets an in line
<style:text-properties fo:color="#fe007f"...
While the new Character Style gets a defined style
<style:style style:name="newCharStyleName" style:family="text"> with its own
<style:text-properties fo:color="#fe007f"...
with two mechanisims of applying font color, the dialog checkbox excluding or
including search values found in the styles, seems correct approach.
