I confirm that the issue still exists on:

Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: e4ee4c5abfbdea48ddcf946f23e3d582ad8e669e
CPU threads: 16; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; 
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded


The screen-reader (orca) only reads "drawing area" for the extensions list.
