We use Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and according to our installed software list, the
version of Libreoffice we are using is the latest that has been approved for
the LTS version.

If Libreoffice was cleared for LTS installment, then it would update
automatically.

I have tried using Synaptic Package Manager to install a newer version, but it
says that the latest version is already installed.
