testing TB77 20200211 nightly on Windows 10 Ent with nVidia K2000
Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18362; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win; 
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: CL

With this build, unable to enable Vulkan hw rendering. This system had
previously worked well with Skia/Vulkan an when set raster.

SAL_SKIA = vulkan is not having an effect.
