I wonder why such an old version of macOS is used for build environment. MacOS
10.13 High Sierra was released on September 25, 2017 which makes it about 2.5
years old. It's currently used by 15.88% of users, according to Statcounter
GlobalStats.

This bug appeared in official builds with LO 6.3.0.1 dated 07-Jul-2019, if I'm
not wrong. So it has been 7.5 months and probably tens of thousands of Mac
downloads, resulting in many thousands of frustrated ordinary users. I cannot
help but think how many hours of suffering this has caused.

Now that we know how it can be fixed, I sincerely hope that somebody at LO
takes the issue to heart.

Thank you, Stephan!
