Description:
If you try to create too big QR code error message pops out. After clicking OK
or closing error message it closes the entire document instead of bringing you
back to main editing screen

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Insert -> Object -> QR Code
2.In "URL/Text" type a message longer than 10208 bits (as stated by error
message)
3.When error message appears, click OK or close it with X

Actual Results:
Program closes and file restoration is needed

Expected Results:
Program does not generate QR code, but lets you still work on a document


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
Tested on Writer, Impress and Calc. Pretty sure it's a problem in every program
