Although it doesn't crash anymore, LibreOffice simply ignores the command to
add subscript/superscript, be it through the Subscript/Superscript button,
through the keyboard shortcuts or through the Right-Click -> Character menu
option. In fact, everything in the Font Options and position tabs in the latter
dialog box is ignored.
