Thank you for reporting the bug.

Please attach a sample document containing the incorrect shape orientation and
screenshots demonstrating the document prior to saving, as this makes it easier
for us to verify the bug. 

Can you also please provide more information about your LibreOffice
environment? To find out this information, go to the "Help" menu in LibreOffice
and select the "About LibreOffice" option.
