I confirm the steps, but I don't think, it's a dublicate. Font size is 11,3 pt.
that is 95% of the default size of 12 pt. Why sould it be percentage of the
font size of Heading 1?
=> NOTABUG (PLease feel free to change it back to UNCONFIRMED with a short
reasoning, if you disagree.
Additional information: Why don't you use chapter numbering from TOOLS =>
Chapter numbering (seems a more easier way to me)
