That's not possible since we have to follow the format defintion:

"The <draw:hatch> element defines a hatch for filling graphic objects. A hatch
is a simple pattern of straight lines that is repeated in the fill area. The
<draw:hatch> element is usable within the following element: <office:styles>
3.15.2. The <draw:hatch> element has the following attributes: draw:color
19.122.2, draw:display-name 19.133.4, draw:distance 19.134.2, draw:name
19.197.13, draw:rotation 19.209 and draw:style 19.218.3. The <draw:hatch>
element has no child elements."


But a pattern might do the trick, to some extend. Or just use a bitmap.
