Description:
Relative size of bullets problems :
- Can not use up and down arrows.
- Entering a value by keyboard has no effect after clic on ok
- After try to change the relative size, the size is automatically (and
definitively ? reduced.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.One a text area : <Origin><Plus de puces>
2.Try to change the relative size value

Actual Results:
Bullets can not be enlarged.

Expected Results:
Can enlarge the bullets size


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
