Ok, I understand Eike in #c9.
Yes, please Eike, add two new function randnv and randbetweennv.

It's important to reintegrate older spreadsheets and prospective
calc-spreadsheets. And, again, it would be a wonderful feature in camparison to
other spreadsheets.
