            Bug ID: 130958
Summary: Dates formatted incorrectly in 6.3
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.3.0.4 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: steveboatman at outlook.com

Description:
Opening a document in 6.3 dates (should be MM/DD) are formatted as base
numbers. Using the format/cells/numbers doesn't fix the problem and they
continue to be rendered as raw numbers. Reverting to 6.2.4.2 fixes it. This
happens on both Mac and Widnows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open existing spreadsheet
2.dates formatted as MM/DD render as raw numbers
3.Format/Cells/Numbers fails to render the cell correctly

Actual Results:
After formatting the number stays as a raw number and not a MM/DD date.

Expected Results:
The cell should be rendered as MM/DD

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Format the cell as a date
