Description:
I have and ERP (Expertis 5 R2) that sends Excel files to Excel as ActiveX
component. If I have Microsoft Office installed, it opens normally thougth
Excel, but if I have LibreOffice, it errors saying it can't create ActiveX
component..

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a program that sends Excel ActiveX
2.Use option to send to Excel
3.Libreoffice doesn't open...

Actual Results:
"ActiveX component can't be created"

Expected Results:
LibreOffice opens with the "Calc" sent


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
The program that generates it is "Expertis 5 R2", I don't have source code of
it, but its created by Visual Studio .Net C++/C# and uses Telerik as UI
