Description:
Accented characters do not render correctly in the datasource view. This also
propagates when printing/exporting form letter rows to individual documents.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Export a CSV to use as a data source that contain rows with accented
characters.
2. Using LibreOffice register that CSV as a data source.
3. Open a document to use as a form letter.
4. Navigate to View > Data Sources.

Actual Results:
Accented characters do not render correctly in the datasource view. This also
propagates when printing/exporting form letter rows to individual documents.

Expected Results:
Accented characters should render as they appear in the raw CSV file.
