I confirm the picture shape issue.

Regarding the font issue: Did you install the font on your LO machine or did
you embed the font into a pptx file? There are several bug reports out here on
LO bug tracking that say font embedding into pptx/docx/xlsx is broken with LO.

In general it is a good idea to file separate bug reports for separate issues
so pepole can keep track of them separately :-)
