docker-compose.yml for collabora-online

I have attached my docker-compose.yml file

I use Collabora Online with Nextcloud 18.0.1.3

In the environment section I have placed `- "dictionaries=en el ru"`. 
In the Collabora Online the available languages are English (many English
dictionaries such as "English USA" - "English Canada" - "English India" - and
others) and "Russian" (which added for testing purposes to see if other
languages work).

No matter what I write in the dictionaries env variable like: "el" "gr" "el_GR"
"el-GR", nothing of them works...

I might have to type something specific for the Greek dictionary to be selected
but I have no idea what else to try.

Please advice something I can try, or tell me if I am doing something wrong :).
