Description:
Made comments in a few cell, again, closed file, reopened, comments gone on
some sheets.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.made comment in cells
2.close file
3.open file and comments gone on one sheet.

Actual Results:
comment in a cell, close file. open file. may or may not be there.

Expected Results:
some comments in cells gone


Reproducible: Sometimes


User Profile Reset: No
