Word file containing vertical text "oktober 2018"

Attachment VertikalText.docx displays correctly in Word (Office 365).
Display in LibreOffice Writer is clipped, last digit 8 is not displayed at all.
Display is also garbled when editing or rewriting the text "oktober 2018".
