If you work with templates without using the provided "Manage Templates"
dialog:

Have you tried to refresh the list via:

Menu File/Templates/Manage Templates
-> click "Settings" icon and select "Refresh" 

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
