The first issue is gone in the latest version of LibreOffice. But the second
issue is there: Create a DOCX file in MS Word, put some text on a page and add
a bubble comment to the text, paste an image in bubble comment, save file and
open the DOCX file in LibreOffice Writer. You will see no image you pasted in
the bubble comment.
