For example, default python on macOS Catalina is still 2.7. Even Apple advises
changing this to the included 3.7.3 (xcrun python3).

However, please note that the default version of python included with LO63 is
3.5.

If you run :

/Applications/LibreOffice.app/Contents/Resources/python -vvv

you will see the list of pre-installed modules that can be called on, provided
that you bootstrap the correct python context.
