The summary says it all.  Gives better workflow.

To see issue:

1. Open saved document.
2. Modify
3. File>Reload

Actual:  Confirmation:  Cancel all changes?

             "Yes"    "No"

Proposed:  Confirmation:

"Save and Reload"  "Drop (all) Changes and Reload"  "Cancel"

(labels are for illustration. salt and pepper to taste.)
